EXPLORANDO A CONDUTA EM SALA DE AULA POR MEIO DE DRAMATIZAÇÃO
Após decidirem com os professores os acordos de boa convivência em sala de aula, os alunos dos oitavos anos das Teachers Nourah e Fernanda se reuniram em grupos para simularem situações de sala de aula representando ações corretas e incorretas de professores e alunos, quando se deparam com uma má conduta.
Nosso objetivo com essa atividade foi trabalhar com os alunos o senso de responsabilidades com o aprendizado, pois ao envolver os alunos na criação dos combinados e torná-los responsáveis pelo cumprimento das regras estabelecidas, promove-se o senso de responsabilidade individual e coletiva. Também foi trabalhado o senso de respeito mútuo e empatia, quando os comportamentos adequados e inadequados de sala de aula foram pontuados e discutidos.
Por fim, pensamos em promover a segurança emocional, pois os combinados auxiliam os alunos a lidarem com conflitos e bullying, criando um ambiente de apoio e respeito.
INTERACTIVE LEARNING: EXPLORING CLASSROOM CONDUCT THROUGH ROLE-PLAYING"
After teachers and students decided on the agreements for good coexistence in the classroom, the eighth-grade students of Teachers Nourah and Fernanda gathered in groups to simulate classroom situations representing both correct and incorrect actions of teachers or students when faced a misbehavior.
Our objective with this activity was to work with the students on their sense of responsibility for learning. By involving the students in creating the classroom agreements and making them responsible for adhering to the established rules, we promote a sense of individual and collective responsibility. We also worked on fostering mutual respect and empathy by discussing both appropriate and inappropriate classroom behaviors.
Finally, we aimed to promote emotional safety, as the agreements assist students in dealing with conflicts, bullying, thus creating an environment of support and respect.
